Humanity before Vanity.  Your pet should not suffer to look pretty. We can trim your pet to any length you like provided he or she is in good condition.

Nobody grooms alone.  There’s always another set of hands ready to pet a head, support a tired senior or whisper sweet nothings in a pet’s ear. 

Everyone is trained to “Observe and Report”.  We have our hands on and see every part of your dog.  If we notice any signs or symptoms that you should discuss with your veterinarian, we always let you know. 

We do not cage dry dogs.  We see the photos from other salons with the black octopus dryer hoses clamped to the cages.  Yes! This saves time and reduces the cost of labor, but it is not safe and is not the proper way to groom.

Very cautious with Clippers and Scissors.  We are very selective about who can use scissors and clippers in the salon.  It takes years to be able to predict a dog’s next move on the grooming table.  Nobody in any grooming salon should be taking scissors or a clipper to a dog unless they are highly proficient at handling a pet. 

Groomers focus on grooming.  We have a dedicated manager who checks your pets in and out, handles all booking, phone calls and all parent relations.  This is very rare and so much safer for your pet. In most salons the groomers take care of all of this. Doing so prolongs your pet’s grooming with distractions and interruptions. Having an additional staff member is a worthwhile investment in order to insure that our groomers are solely responsible for handling your pet with care.

Complete transparency.  Yes, you can see all the areas where pets are being taken care of. We believe that you should have the option of seeing how the pets are being handled.  We are truthful regarding your pet’s behavior. How can we work together to have your dog be more comfortable with each grooming if you get no information from us?
